Sex trafficking is a crime that involves the exploitation of an individual for some sort of profit through means of sexual activity, typically through the use of force, fraud, or coercion. Any commercial sex act that involves a person under the age of 18 is considered human trafficking, regardless of if force, fraud, or coercion is involved.
